(PUC\/MG; 2011), a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Accounting from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG; 2010) and an MBA degree in Business Management from Get\u00falio Vargas Foundation (FGV; 2014).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Santana is specialized in tax consultancy and has consolidated his practice in different firms around the past 20 years, of which 12 years in Big Fours.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With work experience at the world\u2019s two largest tax consultancy firms and one big-law firm with national presence, Santana focuses his practice on the tax and corporate areas, playing a fundamental role in high complexity projects relating to:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; tax plannings<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; corporate\/estate reorganizations<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; M&amp;A<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; review of tax procedures and ancillary obligations, among others<\/p><p
