Bruno Carvalho, a founding partner of Santana Carvalho, graduated in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG; 2008) and has an LL.M degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (Chicago; 2015 – with Honors). Also has an ongoing bachelor`s degree in business accounting (pending conclusion) and completed the formation course for Board Members at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC (2025).
Bruno is specialized in corporate law, M&A, structured transactions, and contracts and started his practice around 20 years ago.
With experience gathered in big-law firms and representation of clients in a series of M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, as well as in material corporate reorganizations with diverse drivers, Carvalho carries an aggregate transactional track record of over 1 billion dollars.
